Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Options & Timeframes

We offer fast and secure shipping to ensure your outfits reach you safely:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated 3 to 7 business days
• Express Shipping: Estimated 1 to 3 business days for urgent orders
• Same Day or Next Day Delivery: Available in selected cities

✔ Tracking Available: Every order includes a tracking number so you can stay updated
✔ Careful Packaging: All outfits are packed neatly to maintain fabric quality and presentation

1. Eligibility for Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days:

✔ Unworn and Unstitched Items: Eligible for exchange or refund within 7 days
✔ Defective or Damaged Products: Eligible for replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery
✔ Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong article, we will replace it at no extra cost

2. Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, unstitched where applicable, and returned in original packaging with tags
• Proof of purchase such as order number or receipt is required
• Customized or altered stitched suits are not eligible for return unless defective

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days
• For exchanges, the replacement item will be dispatched once the returned product is received and inspected
