If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to make your shopping experience hassle free. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return:

Eligibility for Returns: 

• Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition, unworn unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Certain items such as customized orders sale items and worn stitched suits may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for details.
  

Initiating a Return:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +92 328 3044959 within the specified return window.
• Provide your order number the name of the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is incorrect damaged or defective.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return and retaining the shipping receipt for your records.
• NR Pret is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

 

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your returned items our quality assurance team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
• Upon approval refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 working days.
• Please note that shipping charges are non refundable.

Exchange Policy:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged defective or incorrect item please contact us immediately upon receipt.
• Provide clear photos showing the issue and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.

Store Credit Option:

• Instead of a refund to the original payment method customers may opt for store credit equivalent to the purchase price plus applicable taxes.
• Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website and does not expire.
