Thank you for choosing NR Pret. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our policies regarding purchases, exchanges, and product care.

All orders placed with NR Pret are subject to availability and confirmation. We offer both stitched and unstitched suits, crafted with attention to detail and premium fabric quality. Slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To request an exchange:

• The original invoice or order number must be provided.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Without proof of purchase, the exchange request will be considered void.

Exchange Will Not Be Accepted In The Following Cases

• If the outfit has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
• If there is physical damage caused by mishandling after delivery.
• If the product is stained, perfumed, or shows signs of use.
• If stitching has been modified or customized after purchase.
• If the original tags are removed or damaged.
• If the claim is made after the 7-day exchange period.
• If both the invoice and order number are unavailable (void request).
  

Quality Check

Our team carefully inspects all returned items before approving any exchange. Approval is subject to compliance with the above terms.
